Monitoring

The IT Security Office has received reports of a phishing attack. The message subject is “New_Caller” and the body of the message claims that you had received a voicemail.

If you were a recipient of this message, clicked the link in the email and submitted your username and password then we recommend contacting the OIT Service Desk (https://oit.duke.edu/help) immediately so that they can assist you in updating your account credentials to help prevent any malicious account access.
