OIT has confirmed a service issue with VMware. The service is currently unavailable. It is impacting clockworks, VCM and all edits to virtual machines.

OIT staff are working to restore service but there is no estimated time to resolution.

This incident affected: Virtualization and Storage (Clockworks, Virtual Server Hosting) and Teaching and Learning Tools (Virtual Computing Manager (VCM Coursework VMs)).
