Twilio, a primary provider of Short Message Service (SMS), is reporting a potential issue with SMS delivery: https://status.twilio.com/incidents/jqmnp6739t9f

This could impact SMS message delivery for the following applications: Duke Notify, Duo, Statuspage, and Virtual Rounding
