Monitoring
OIT will continue to monitor the service but initial indications are that the login issues with Jabber have been resolved. If users are still having trouble logging in after a few attempts OIT is recommending that users reset Jabber.

Update
OIT is recommending that users who have successfully logged into Jabber remain logged in and not log out while we continue to investigate the issue.
