Current Mobile DukeCard users with the mobile credential already installed on their Apple device should be aware of a functionality change related to their Apple Wallet when they upgrade to iOS 12.2 or watchOS 5.2. New users are not affected as they will have to perform these upgrades on their devices before installing their mobile credential for the first time.
When you upgrade, your Apple Wallet does not recognize that Touch ID or Face ID is enabled. You will need to toggle the Express Mode setting to resolve the issue. There are a few simple steps you need to take that are outlined on the following web site:
