Update
Gitlab is currently accessible though the service has not been fully restored. OIT staff will continue to monitor the service for stability.

OIT has confirmed a service issue with Gitlab. Users cannot access gitlab.oit.duke.edu.
OIT staff are working to restore service but there is no estimated time to resolution.
