OIT has scheduled maintenance for Call Center Services and Jabber Chat Rooms. Some agents could lose connection to Finesse and will be failed over automatically, or have to log back in to finesse if they receive a CTI Failure. Some Jabber Chat Rooms be unavailable for the duration of the maintenance. Users of the Jabber Chat Rooms that are unavailable can utilize Ad hoc Chat Rooms as a workaround for the duration of the maintenance window.
