Update
The vendor, Microsoft, is reporting that a vast majority of impacted users have had service restored. They continue to work towards resolution for all users.

The vendor, Microsoft, has confirmed that some users may be unable to access or use certain Microsoft 365 services and features including email via Outlook and OWA.
They are working to restore service but unfortunately there is no estimated time to resolution.

Investigating
OIT staff are currently investigating reports of service issues with Microsoft 365 email. Users might not be able to access their Duke email via the Outlook client or Outlook on the web.
