OIT staff are still working with the vendor to restore the Qualtrics built-in SMS service. Unfortunately, there is no estimated timeline for resolution.

OIT has identified a service disruption affecting Qualtrics. Currently, users are unable to send SMS messages using the platform’s built-in SMS feature.
OIT staff are working with the vendor to restore service but there is no estimated time to resolution.
