OIT has confirmed a service issue with Jabber. Users logging into Jabber are shown as offline and cannot see the status of other Jabber users. Users that were logged into Jabber prior to the start of the issue are not having problems.
OIT staff are working to restore service but there is no estimated time to resolution.
