Update
It has been confirmed that Time Warner/Spectrum has a cut fiber.

Spectrum and OIT is still working to restore service but there is no estimated time to resolution.

OIT has confirmed a service issue with in-building cellular infrastructure (DAS). Users of Verizon and Sprint will experience a lack of or weakened cellular signal.

The vendor is working to restore service but there is no estimated time to resolution.
