DHTS has monitored the service and can confirm that the issue with paging web not redirecting to the correct URL (https://pagingweb.duke.edu/smartweb) has been resolved.
OIT will continue to monitor the service but initial indications are that the issue with SPOK has been resolved.

OIT staff are currently investigating reports of service issues with SPOK paging. Users might not be able to direct dial pagers.
