OIT has scheduled maintenance for Cisco Jabber. The maintenance involves a migration to an upgraded Jabber platform and will require users to log out and log back in after the maintenance. Please follow one of the methods below:
1.) Users must sign out of the application and then sign back in. NOT by closing Jabber and restarting it, but by actually signing out and then back in.
a. For Windows, select the Menu gear icon and select Sign Out
b. For Mac, select the Jabber tab and select Sign Out
2. ) Completely logging off of your computer and logging back on. Then re-launching the Jabber application.
