Scheduled
Sectigo, the vendor that issues Duke's SSL certificates, has scheduled maintenance. During the maintenance window new SSL certificates cannot be requested or issued via the Sectigo Certificate Manager or Locksmith.

All Locksmith requests to Sectigo, including ACME requests, will initially fail but will complete after the maintenance window. Additionally, Virtual Computing Manager (VCM) and Research Toolkits Windows VM requests may be delayed but OIT is taking steps to minimize the impact.

If you have any questions about the maintenance or if you experience an unexpected service impact please contact the OIT Service Desk: https://oit.duke.edu/help
