OIT has confirmed an issue with ChatGPT Codex. Users may see an inaccurate message stating "You're out of Codex and Work Usage" in the desktop application. This notification is related to a known licensing transition issue and does not reflect the user's actual access or entitlement.

Users should continue to be able to utilize ChatGPT Codex functionality as expected.

OpenAI is aware of the issue and is actively working on a resolution. No action is required from affected users at this time.
