OIT has identified a service disruption affecting ChatGPT caused by an issue with an internet infrastructure provider. Users attempting to access ChatGPT may encounter the message: “Please unblock challenges.cloudflare.com to proceed.”

The hosting service is working to restore service but there is no estimated time to resolution.
