OIT has confirmed a service issue with Confluence Wiki and Jira. Users are currently unable to log in via Shibboleth (Shib). However, those who were previously authenticated into the applications remain unaffected.
OIT staff have opened a support case with the vendor but there is no estimated time to resolution.
