OIT has confirmed a service issue with Splunk Cloud, duke.splunkcloud.com. There is a regional service outage impacting the Splunk KV Service, resulting in search performance degradation and inconsistent user behavior when accessing the site.

The vendor is working to restore service but there is no estimated time to resolution.
