DHTS will upgrade the existing paging service platform. This upgrade will migrate the existing paging processes and server applications to new infrastructure improving the security posture and modernizing the underlying system.

There will be two separate impacts to the paging services while we migrate.

-Starting at 11 PM. until 2 AM Spok Mobile will be unavailable. Spok Mobile services may begin to recover between 1 AM to 2 AM, however it is critical that downtime procedures are followed until an all clear is announced

-At approximately 12:30 AM Wide Area Paging, Paging Web, Email to Page, and Operator Consoles will be unavailable for approximately 30 minutes while traffic is re-routed to the new infrastructure. Services may begin to recover quickly, however it is critical that downtime procedures are followed until the all clear is given that those services have been restored
