SAP will undergo an extended downtime period for scheduled maintenance from Friday, May 19 at 4:00 p.m. until Sunday, May 21 at noon. During this maintenance windows, users will not be able to access SAP via either the Duke@Work portal or the SAPGui desktop client – including Business Warehouse.

All SAPGui desktop clients must be updated to the most recent version (7.40p12). The update is available at https://software.duke.edu. and includes updates required to use SAPGui after the May 19-21 maintenance window as well as required security patches.
