Update
The phone service (VoIP) maintenance window has been expanded from 6 pm until midnight.

The OIT Voice team will be performing maintenance on the VoIP phone system. This will result in desk phones being reset but no active calls will be dropped. Additionally, call center agents will be logged out of Finesse and will need to log back on once their phone is reset with no loss of active calls.
