Scheduled
On Saturday, September 22, 2018, Duke will upgrade the hardware that supports the Guest Access system via DukeHub (dukehub.duke.edu/). Guess Access allows a student to grant access to others in order for them to make payments on the Duke student account or to view aspects of the student's Duke record.

After the upgrade students will need to reauthorize access for any guest users if they wish to continue to grant access to their student account or their student record. Students may re-grant access beginning Monday, September 24, 2018.

Students should follow these instructions to re-grant guest access:

-Log in to DukeHub
-On the “Profile” tab, click the edit icon next to “Relationships/Student Proxy Access.”
-Click “Add” next to the relationships you wish to have access, verify their email address, and then select the specific elements you want them to have.
-You’ll be prompted to explicitly consent to the access.
-The system will generate an email invitation to your guest users (or Proxy) with links to either create a OneLink account or to log in using an existing active NetID or OneLink account.
