OIT will continue to monitor the service but initial indications are that the issue with Zoom Meeting recordings has been resolved. The vendor anticipates that the backlog of recordings should be processed by the end of the day.

OIT has confirmed a service issue with Zoom Meetings. There are higher than normal cloud recording and transcription processing times.

The vendor is working to restore service but there is no estimated time to resolution.
