OIT will continue to monitor the service but initial indications are that the paging delays via Spok Mobile have been resolved.

OIT has confirmed a service issue with Spok Mobile paging. Due to a firewall issue users may experience delays in receiving pages to physical pagers or on devices via the Spok Mobile app.

DHTS staff are working to restore service but there is no estimated time to resolution.
